Background
This Sample Survey shows the proprietary methods we use to assist Advertisers quickly and conveniently obtain feedback from an entire organization on their general level of satisfaction with an Agency's service.  Notice that in our Agency rating scales, there are both "Neutral" and "No Opinion" choices for each question. The "Neutral" choice implies that the respondent has first hand knowledge, and feels truly "Neutral" about the Agency's Performance. In contrast the "No Opinion" option applies to those questions where the respondents personal experience with the Agency does not enable them to make an informed judgment.

Respondents are instructed not to feel compelled to answer questions where they have little, or no, first-hand experience.

At the beginning of the questionnaire we solicit information regarding the respondents experience working with Advertising Agencies in general and their specific interactions with the agency being reviewed.

Requesting this information up front serves to make the respondent more objective, plus it enables us to weight individual responses based on any number of different criteria in our final analysis.

At the end of each section there is an opportunity for the respondents to provide additional supporting or clarifying comments. This is one of the most important sections, because it's an opportunity for them to suggest ways to make the advertiser/agency relationship more effective.


Instructions:
